Marketplace

In the marketplace, verified casting offices search for models from several agencies and send requests. It never shows the data from your management area, only a short version with approved fields: first name with the initial of the last name, category, gender, age group, height, location, languages, talents and one approved image. Contact details are never included.

The marketplace comes in two steps: first it only collects consents and nothing is visible yet. After that it opens for search.

A model only appears if everything comes together:

• Your agency takes part. Under Marketplace, the owner agrees with Take part and stops with End participation.
• Your account counts as verified, that is with an active subscription. During the trial nothing of yours is visible.
• The model has consented in the portal themselves. Nobody else can consent for a model.
• The model is verifiably an adult, active and published on your website.

Your models shows for each model whether it is Listed and, if not, why, for example Model has not consented or Not verifiably an adult. If the text of the consent changes, agency or model must agree again, and until then nothing is visible.

Requests from the marketplace arrive as a normal inquiry under Inquiries and carry the note Marketplace there. You handle them like any other, see Inquiries and bookings.

Minors are technically excluded from the marketplace, even with parental approval.

Once the marketplace is open and your subscription is active, Marketplace appears in your navigation.

The agency sees your name, your address and your casting office and gets back to you by email. Your requests shows whether a request has arrived With the agency. How often you can search and send requests is limited.
