Agreements
Create agreements from templates, send them as PDF and have them signed online, with a signature record and a copy for everyone.
Samples and signature
The sample templates are templates that you adapt to your agency and your case. The signature is a simple electronic signature (Art. 3(10) eIDAS). It is sufficient for agreements without a statutory form requirement. Where the law requires written form, also sign on paper. For minors, the parents sign.
Templates
Under Agreements, Manage templates leads to your templates in German and English. Two samples are ready: a representation agreement between model and agency, and a booking confirmation with usage rights. Adopt as template creates your own copy, which you can then edit freely. Insert placeholders such as {{model.name}} or {{booking.usage}} from the list in the editor. Lines starting with # are headings, ## subheadings, - list items.
Create an agreement
Under New agreement, choose a template and a booking or a model, then Create draft.
The placeholders are prefilled from the booking, the model and the agency's legal details. The preview names missing values, you always enter the usage rights yourself. Save draft.
Sign and send: confirm the consent, type your name and choose the deadline. This signs for the agency.
Sending creates the PDF. Its SHA-256 hash is stored with the agreement, and from then on nothing can be changed. The model and the client each receive a link by email. The model can also sign in the portal, the client in their client account.
Status and completion
The status is Draft, Sent, Partially signed, Signed, Withdrawn or Expired. Whoever signs types their name and gives explicit consent. Stored are the time, the hash of the document, the version of the consent, the browser and, instead of the IP address, a non-reversible check value. Once everyone has signed, the Signed PDF with the signature record is created and every party receives it by email. As long as someone is missing, Withdraw takes the agreement back.
Minors
For a minor model, the parents sign, using the address from the valid parental consent. Without consent no agreement is sent, and the child receives none. Without a date of birth it cannot be checked who signs, so nothing is sent either.
