Agencies and casting offices
Overview
What the management area on app.casttool.net offers and who in the team may do what.
After signing in on app.casttool.net you land in your account's management area. The navigation on the left only shows what your type of account has: a Model agency has a website, inquiries, bookings and invoices. A Casting office runs castings with roles and shortlists and has no website.

At the bottom of the navigation you choose the Language of the interface, German or English.
Roles
| Role | May |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything. Only the owner takes out the subscription, connects Stripe, creates API keys, exports and deletes the account. |
| Admin | Day-to-day work in all areas, except the things only the owner may do. |
| Model | Only their own portal. |
| Client | Only their own client account. |
Nobody can add themselves as a member: people always join through an invitation.
