Invite and manage client accounts, share models as a selection by link.
Client accounts
With a client account, casting directors and other clients see their lists, inquiries and bookings with your agency. Accounts are only created through an invitation from you, nobody can sign up on their own.
Under Client accounts, choose Invite a client.
Enter Email address, Company, Contact person and Phone and Send invitation.
The client accepts the invitation and chooses a password. Earlier inquiries with the same address move into their account.
Each account shows its state (Active, Invited, No access) and how many inquiries and lists it has.
- Invite again sends the invitation once more.
- End access locks the account. Lists and inquiries stay, and the account can be invited again.
- Delete removes account and lists. The inquiries stay with you, just without the link to the account.
An inquiry from a client account carries the note Sent from a client account on its detail page. What the client sees is described under Client account.
Share by link
Under Shortlists you put models together and pass the selection on by link. The recipient does not need an account.
New list, enter a title and Create.
Add models with Add model. For each model you can save a Note for the recipient.
Under Share by link, choose how long the link is valid (at most 90 days), in which language the page appears and whether the recipient may give an assessment and a comment per model. Optionally an internal label and a message to the recipient.
Create link and copy the link. It is shown only this once.
The link shows the state of the list when it was created. Later changes only reach new links. Inactive models are not included. Minors and models without a date of birth are only included if you approve each one individually for this link, which is recorded with person and time.
Links of this list shows each link with its state (Active, Expired, Revoked) and the recipient's Feedback: A fit, Maybe or Not a fit, with a comment. Revoke makes a link invalid immediately.
Links are only available once your website is published, because the selection appears there. What the recipient sees is described under Selection by link.
