Export and deletion
Download all data of your account and delete the account.
Only the owner may do either, under Export and deletion.
Export data
Start export creates a ZIP archive with all data of this account and the originals of your files. This takes a while. Once it is ready, an email arrives, and Download fetches the archive. It then stays available for 7 days.
Exporting also works when the account is read-only or suspended. Only one export runs at a time, and the number per day is limited.
The archive holds one file per table in JSON Lines format and every original file under media/. Anything that could not be read is listed in problems.json.
Delete the account
Under Delete account, type the address of your account to confirm and enter Your password.
Choose Delete account. The website goes offline immediately, and the subscription is cancelled at the end of its term.
Until the date shown, you can undo the deletion with Cancel deletion and still export your data. After that, all data and files are deleted for good, including your custom domains and sender domains.
Accounts with invoices
If your account contains invoices, it cannot be deleted for now. How long invoices must be kept has not been settled yet. You can export at any time, and you cancel the subscription under Subscription.
If your account has been suspended by the platform, it cannot be deleted either. The page says so and asks you to reply to the email about it.
Deletion requests from individuals
If a model, a client or another person asks for their data to be deleted, you delete it in the management area: the model under Models, a client account under Client accounts. This also works when the account is read-only. A model with a booking cannot be deleted so far.
