Agencies and casting offices

Subscription

Trial, plans, payment and what happens when the subscription ends or a payment fails.

Trial

A new account tests for 14 days without a card, with up to 50 active models. A notice at the top of the management area shows how many days are left, and owners and admins get an email 7, 3 and 1 day before the end. During the trial, sending emails is throttled, see Email.

Plans and limits

The plans depend on the number of models. All prices exclude VAT, and paying yearly costs ten months. Every plan includes every feature, your own domain too.

More than 500 active models: quote on request. An agency can only book agency plans and a casting office only the Casting plan, including when switching under Manage payment and invoices.

Under Subscription, Current state shows how much of it you use:

  • Active models: inactive models and applications do not count.
  • Admins
  • Storage for images, videos and documents

Once a limit is reached, nothing more can be activated, invited or uploaded until you change the plan or remove something. Moving to a smaller plan takes nothing away, only new things are no longer possible.

Take out a subscription

Only the owner takes out the subscription: under Subscription, choose monthly or yearly Billing and Choose this plan. Payment runs through Stripe. Manage payment and invoices opens the Stripe page for payment method, invoices, plan changes and cancellation at the end of the period.

When a payment fails or the subscription ends

StateWhat applies
Payment failedStripe tries again. Everything keeps working, a notice asks you to check your payment method.
Trial over, subscription ended or unpaid for longerThe account is read-only: creating and changing is only possible again with a subscription, reading, exporting and deleting remain possible. The website stays online, inquiries and applications keep arriving. The notice names the day the website goes offline.
Website offlineReading, deleting and paying keep working. With a subscription everything comes back.

A suspension by the platform itself, for example after a report, is not lifted by a payment. The notice then asks you to reply to the email about it.

Periods are proposals

The periods between a failed payment, read-only and suspension have not been finally decided yet.
