Application
How to apply to an agency as a model and what happens next.
You apply directly on the agency's website, through Become a Model in the navigation or Apply now on the home page. You do not need an account for this.
The form
The Personal details section is required, including date of birth and email address. Sections with "(optional)" in their title are voluntary, such as measurements, appearance, social media, references, skills and origin.
For the Images, four simple smartphone photos in daylight in front of a plain, light wall are enough:
- Headshot, front
- Headshot, three-quarter (45°)
- Profile (90°)
- Full length, front
No make-up, simple clothing, no filters and unedited. CastTool removes metadata such as the location from all images.
Consents
Before sending, you confirm three points: the privacy policy, the terms of use and being contacted directly about casting and job offers. What is stored is which version you agreed to and when. You can withdraw the consent to be contacted about offers later in the portal.
Draft
The texts of the consents have not been legally reviewed yet and are marked as drafts on the page.
Under 18
If you are younger than 18, the form asks for Name of a parent and Email address of a parent. The address must be different from your own. Your parents get a link and decide whether they agree. Until then your profile is not public. See For parents.
After sending
You get a confirmation by email, and the agency sees your application. It gets back to you by email. Only one application per agency can be sent with the same email address.
If the agency takes you on, it invites you to the model portal.
