Client account
Lists, requests, offers and bookings with an account at an agency.
You only get a client account through an invitation from the agency. Nobody can sign up on their own.
Accept the invitation
The invitation arrives by email. In the link you enter Your name and a password of at least 12 characters and choose Accept invitation. Earlier requests with the same email address then show up in your account.
Sign in
You reach your account in two places, and both show the same:
- on the agency's website through Sign in in the navigation, after which it shows My account
- on
app.casttool.netafter signing in
Signing in itself always happens on app.casttool.net. Sign out on this website only signs you out on the agency's website.
Lists
Under Lists you save models. On the website, Save puts a model into a list, and Create a list and save creates the first one at the same time. In a list you keep a Note for each model and take it out again with Remove from list.
Request all moves all models of a list into a booking request on the website, see Requesting models. If a model is currently not public, the list hides it and only counts it.
Requests
Under Requests you see every request from your account with its state: Received, In progress, Offer available, Offer accepted, Offer declined, Declined by the agency or Booked.
When an offer is available, you see it in the request with models, terms and Documents and answer with Accept or Decline. The answer counts exactly like one through the link in the email, and the first one counts.
Bookings
Bookings shows what the agency has confirmed for you, with models and dates.
Agreements
Under Agreements you sign the agency's agreements for your bookings: read the text, confirm the consent, type your name, Sign with binding effect. The link in the email leads to the same agreement. Once everyone has signed, you receive the PDF with the signature record by email.
Account
Under Account you change Company, Contact person and Phone, on app.casttool.net. On the agency's website, Account only displays the details. The email address cannot be changed there.
