Requesting models
Choose models on an agency's website, send a booking request and answer an offer.
As a client of an agency, for example a casting director, brand or production, you request models directly on the agency's website. You do not need an account for this.
Selection
In the Models overview you filter by gender, category, origin, location, shoe size, age and height. Add to request puts a model into your selection, Remove from request takes it out again. The navigation shows under Booking request how many models you have chosen. On a model's page you download the Comp card as PDF.
Booking request
The Booking request takes you through your details in steps:
Selection: the chosen models. You can also send the request without a selection and name the models in the project description.
Project: category, client, homepage, PO number and Project description.
Dates: fitting, recall and the shooting dates with location.
Team: photography, direction, styling and others involved, optional.
Budget: daily fee, travel and fitting, overtime, down day and usage fee.
Contact: your details and addresses that should get a copy.
Review and send, then Send request.
You get a confirmation by email. The agency checks the availability of the models and gets back to you.
Offer
The agency's offer comes by email with a link. There you see the Models, the Terms, a Message from the agency and Documents such as comp cards to download. You choose Accept offer or Decline offer, optionally with a reason, and confirm with Confirm now. The link can only be used once.
When the agency confirms the booking, you get a confirmation by email. The agency sends the invoice separately.
With a client account
If you work with an agency more often, it can invite you to a client account. With it you save models in lists and see all requests and bookings in one place, see Client account.
